Youth Athlete Training | $32+/Session
Help your young athlete reach their full potential with structured, safe, and effective training. Our sessions focus on strength, speed, agility, and overall athletic development while teaching proper form and movement mechanics. Programs are designed for their sport, developmental stage, and goals, building confidence, performance, and a strong foundation for long-term success. Individual or group training for up to three athletes is available.
Personal Training | $52+/Session
Get personalized, goal-focused training tailored specifically to you. Each session is designed around your fitness level, schedule, and objectives, whether your focus is strength, endurance, mobility, or overall health. With one-on-one coaching, you’ll receive proper technique guidance, progression planning, and accountability to help you reach your goals efficiently and safely.
Group Fitness Classes | $15/class
Join a fun and motivating group environment where women of all fitness levels can build strength, endurance, and confidence. Each 45-minute session combines full-body functional exercises, Tabata-style conditioning, and coaching that meets you at your level. These classes are designed to challenge you, keep you moving, and foster a supportive community of like-minded women.
Online Training | $110+/Month
COMING SOON: Your program is fully customized based on your goals, schedule, and equipment. Most clients train 2-3 days per week, but your plan can include more sessions if desired. Longer commitments come with a lower monthly rate.
Optional Add-Ons
- Nutrition Guidance: Includes grocery list help, budget-based meal planning, and macro tracking
- Hybrid Training: Online training alongside in-person training
