Step 2: Free Consultation / Intake
We’ll set up a quick call or chat to discuss your goals, experience level, and available equipment (for online training). This helps me create a plan that’s customized to you.

Step 3: Choose Your Plan
Select the program that fits your schedule and commitment levelwhether it’s 1-on-1 training, youth athlete development, women’s group classes, or online coaching.

Step 4: Get Started
Once your plan is selected and payment is completed, you’ll receive your schedule, program details, and access to any online resources. Then we dive in and start working toward your goals!

Step 5: Track Progress & Adjust
Throughout your training, we’ll track your progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure you’re improving safely and efficiently.
